PLEASE NOTE:
Pursuant to article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly customized at the customer's request, including items personalized by uploading images, logos, texts or other graphics provided by the buyer. All consumer rights are however guaranteed in the event of a defective product, production error, printing defect or non-conformity with the order placed. In such cases, the customer is invited to complete the form or contact our customer service within a reasonable period from receipt of the product. Once non-conformity has been verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund in accordance with current legislation.
