Due to our commitment to on-demand production, shipping times may vary slightly. We typically ship within one week of placing your order, however please note that this may take up to two weeks.

Return Policy
At Stritz, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring that every purchase meets your expectations and reflects the quality and attention to detail that characterizes us. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may wish to return a product.
In accordance with the laws in force in Italy, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a specific reason. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging and without signs of use or damage.
It is different for customized clothing, on which the return option is not active, unless there has been an error attributable to us.
To start the return process, please contact us via our customer service (contact form at the bottom of the page or by email), providing the details of your order and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return and obtain a refund or replacement item.
Please note that any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary depending on the stock in the warehouse. To avoid waste, we usually make each item only when you order it, however for some products we already have some stock available. We usually deliver the product to your home within a week from the time of ordering. However, please note that times may be extended up to a maximum of two weeks. Are there any shipping costs?
For all orders the shipping cost is €4.99. If you are in our geographical area you can take advantage of free local delivery.
