Due to our commitment to on-demand manufacturing, shipping times may vary slightly. However, we endeavor to deliver goods within a period of one week, with the possibility of extending up to two weeks, from the time you place your order.

This process allows us to offer customized, high-quality products, while reducing the environmental impact associated with mass production. We are passionate about ensuring that every item you receive is crafted with care and attention to detail, reflecting our dedication to quality and environmental responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

At Stritz your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring that every purchase lives up to your expectations and reflects the quality and attention to detail that characterize us. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may wish to return a product.

In accordance with the laws in force in Italy, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a specific reason. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging and without signs of use or damage.
The situation is different for personalized clothing, on which the possibility of return is not active, unless there has been an error attributable to us.

To start the returns process, please contact us via our customer service (contact form at the bottom of the page or by email), providing the details of your order and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return and obtain a refund or replacement item.

Please note that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
