Otherwise you can contact us and we will do everything together, we will assist you throughout the process. In this way we can offer you hundreds of items of different qualities and prices and different colors, which is not possible in online customization.

If you do not want the background behind your graphics, you must insert a file in png format with a transparent background. Not sure how to do it? Contact us!

Delivery times may vary depending on the stock in the warehouse. To avoid waste, we usually make each item only when you order it, however for some products we already have some stock available. We usually deliver the product to your home within a week from the time of ordering. However, please note that times may be extended up to a maximum of two weeks. Contact us to find out how far along the preparation of your order is!

In each product sheet we always insert a size guide with the measurements of each size. Always pay attention to the indications on the wearability/fit of each product. If you are undecided you can always contact us and we will be able to advise you!

In accordance with the laws in force in Italy, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a specific reason. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging and without signs of use or damage.

It is different for customized clothing, on which the return option is not active, unless there has been an error attributable to us.

To start the return process, please contact us via our customer service (contact form at the bottom of the page or by email), providing the details of your order and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return and obtain a refund or replacement item.

Please note that any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
